We`re looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys driving sales, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You`ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance, motivate the team and maintain high standards across every area of the operation.

The Role: Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you`ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong commercial results and an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team
  
• Driving sales, customer service and KPI performance
  
• Coaching team members to reach their full potential
  
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
  
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  
• Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager`s absence
  
• Supporting stock management, operational tasks and commercial activities
  
• Leading by example and creating a positive team environment
  

About You
To be successful in this Assistant Manager role, you`ll have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Keyholder within retail
  
• A strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales targets and retail KPIs
  
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  
• A passion for fashion and customer service
  
• A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead from the front
  
• Experience coaching and developing a team
  
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
