Litigation Solicitior

A growing reputable West Midlands law firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Lichfield.

This is an opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with 1-3+ years` PQE to take on varied civil and commercial litigation work within a busy and forward-thinking practice.

The Role

You`ll manage your own caseload, advising clients on a range of disputes including:

• Boundary and property disputes
• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Contract disputes
• General civil litigation
• Commercial litigation
• More complex contentious matters

You`ll have significant client contact and responsibility, while also supporting junior fee earners and contributing to the wider performance of the team.

The role will also involve cost management, billing, compliance, business development and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.

About You

We`re looking for a qualified Litigation Solicitor with:

• 1-3+ years` PQE
• Experience across civil and commercial litigation
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and case management abilities
• A commercial and proactive approach
• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
• An existing professional network would be advantageous

You`ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and getting involved in a varied workload.
