What You`ll Be Doing

You`ll work alongside an already established team, managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

You`ll also play an active role in developing relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other local referrers, helping to support the continued growth of the department.

You will be:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 2+ years` PQE/equivalent experience - Can be flexible
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing matters independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
