Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you`ll play a vital part in the production of high-quality machinery. Day-to-day duties may include:
- Working on the assembly line to help build industry-leading construction equipment while meeting KPI targets
- Maintaining performance and quality standards at all times
- Using hand and air tools safely and effectively
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Receiving, storing, and organising goods within the warehouse
- Participating in on-site training programmes to develop and enhance your skills
- Supporting different processes across the operation following training
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (problem-solving, countermeasures, and Kaizen activities)
- Adhering strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
What We`re Looking For
- Previous factory, production, assembly, or mechanical experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- A flexible approach and willingness to work shifts
