A senior opportunity for an Estates Solicitor looking to progress their career within a supportive and experienced team, advising a strong client base on a varied range of estates matters.

The role would suit a solicitor with at least 4 years` PQE and a strong estates background, ideally gained within a recognised regional or national firm. You`ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work alongside highly skilled colleagues and build strong relationships with clients.

The Role You`ll provide legal advice across a range of estates matters, taking responsibility for your own files and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and cost-effectively. The role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting research and keeping up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and case law.

You`ll also play an active role in the wider development of the department, including:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting marketing, networking and business development activity.
• Contributing to articles, legal updates, presentations and thought leadership.
• Working with colleagues to ensure costs and estimates remain accurate.
• Managing billing and collection in line with firm procedures.

About You The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate and at least 4 years` PQE, with a strong background in estates work.
