• Engineering Manager, Guest and Host - Airbnb, London

Employer: Airbnb Location: London, United Kingdom Type: Full-time

Airbnb describes this team as building tools and a global community for hosts and guests - the product surfaces where a stay is discovered, booked, hosted and reviewed.

An Engineering Manager here leads a product engineering team through the usual balance: shipping quickly against a busy roadmap, maintaining a codebase used by hundreds of millions of people, and growing engineers along the way.

London is one of Airbnb`s larger engineering locations outside the United States and gives access to European market context that shapes a lot of guest and host product decisions.

Good fit for: engineering managers with consumer product experience, comfortable partnering with product and design and operating in a heavily experimented environment.
