What we`re looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or experienced Team Leader

• Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment

• A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Commercial awareness with experience driving sales and KPI performance

• Strong visual merchandising and operational standards

• A positive, energetic approach with a genuine passion for retail

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service

• Drive sales, commercial performance and store KPIs

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store

• Ensure excellent stock management and operational standards

• Create a welcoming shopping environment for every customer

• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development

• Deputise for the Store Manager when required
