The Camden Society has an exciting opportunity for a Female Support Worker based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The position is available on a full time or part time basis, and you will earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour.

Additional Information: Must hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).

You will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals in daily activities such as developing new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and helping plan and manage their homes.
• Supporting planning leisure, employment, and individual interests, and assisting travel when required.
• Supporting people in their own homes or in the community.

• No previous experience or qualifications required; full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self starter with a high level of motivation.
• Creative problem solver and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
