Sales Coordinator

We`re looking for a Sales Coordinator who is professional, confident, and customer-focused, but also down-to-earth and able to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You`ll need to think on your feet, juggle changing priorities, investigate customer requirements, and find the right solutions quickly. If you`re naturally curious, enjoy fact-finding, and have a knack for asking the right questions, we`d love to hear from you.

What you`ll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Fact-finding to fully understand customer requirements and recommend the right equipment solutions.
• Building relationships with customers at all levels, from site operatives through to senior decision-makers.
• Providing quotations, following up opportunities, and converting enquiries into sales.
• Working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure equipment is delivered on time.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing customer communications professionally.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.

• Professional, personable, and approachable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels.
• Evidence on your CV of fact-finding, investigating customer needs, problem-solving, and reaching the right outcomes.
• Experience of managing customer enquiries and delivering excellent service.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Someone who can balance professionalism with personality.

You`ll fit in well if you know how to build rapport, enjoy a bit of banter, and can make customers feel valued. Sales, customer service, account management, coordination, or similar experience would be advantageous, but attitude and potential are just as important!
