Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent after-sales support and follow-up communication.
• Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and ensure sales documentation is completed correctly.
• Present the showroom to the highest standards, ensuring instruments are clean, well displayed, and demonstration-ready.
• Support in-store events, workshops, concerts, and promotional activities.
• Keep up to date with Yamaha products, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
