We are delighted to be seeking a recruitment resourcer / administrator to join our team and support the consultants in securing the right candidates for the clients demands.

The Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator Role will include;

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through understanding their requirements, offering a bespoke service and providing solutions
• Calling candidates when have applied for roles on our jobs boards
• Sourcing candidates through search functions online
• Building positive and successful relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieving and exceeding business and individual targets

• So if you;
• Have a basic understanding of software packages
• Have attention to detail and effective time management
• Are self motivated and determined to achieve targets and deadlines
• Previous data input and administration experience preferable
