Job Description

Role Summary
Working within the digital agency sales team, the core function of the role is to assist the team, ensuring maximum efficiency in revenue generation, reporting, and campaign analysis. The candidate will liaise with clients & agencies to deliver best in class campaigns and post campaign servicing. Additionally the candidate will work with the sales team to find new business opportunities with clients and agencies to reach our highly engaged audiences across our digital channels, MailOnline, & iNews.


We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in media, those with a passion for digital media and the advertising industry. The successful candidate will be driven, with an eagerness to learn from those around them. They will have analytical skills, allowing for interpreting campaign performance and reviewing audience insight to feed into campaign and client strategy. Candidates will be creative, supporting Agency Partners in responding to campaign briefs from clients and media agencies. Longer term the role will offer training and development to allow progression into sales.

Regularly reporting on the digital campaigns running across the MailOnline, & iNews
Work with operations team to give recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
Extract insight from report data to demonstrate campaign successes both internally and externally to media agencies/clients
Booking administration and reconciliation
Contribute to Agency Partner brief responses to clients and agencies.
Develop an understanding of MMM digital product portfolio.
Stay up to date with latest industry news and events, and update Digital Sales team.
Work proactively to find new business opportunities
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge & experience with Google AdManager
Experience with campaign management
Proficient in Powerpoint & Excel
Excellent attitude: professional, energetic, with a desire to learn and help as much as possible
Self-motivated, diligent, proactive, and innovative
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to multi task and prioritise your workload
The creativity to generate and develop advertising ideas
Collaborative working style; great team player is a given
Competent with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience required
1-2 years’ media or advertising experience, agency or media owner
