About the role
The PSGA is OS’s largest and most comprehensive agreement with Government, giving over 5,500 public sector organisations and 500 Partners in Great Britain access to OS’s world class map data and services.
We are looking for someone to lead on Ordnance Survey’s day-to-day management of the PSGA Agreement, ensuring all contracted services are managed and delivered on time, and both internal and external stakeholders are managed as appropriate.
Working with your counterpart in the Geospatial Commission (an expert committee within the Cabinet Office that sets the UK’s geospatial strategy and promotes the best use of geospatial data) you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of contracted PSGA plans, reports and performance monitoring to the Geospatial Commission. You will also pro-actively manage risks attributed to Ordnance Survey under the terms of the PSGA and maintain a Service Continuity Plan .
You will be a tenacious and organised individual with an eye for detail and can convert that detail into plain English. You will have the drive to get things done in a fast moving, complex and sometimes demanding environment. You will be required to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders both within OS and the Geospatial Commission.

Knowledge of contracting processes e.g. performance requirements
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
Highly organised with ability to multi-task
Proven record of collating and interpretation of data
Excellent communication/written skills
Working in a matrix structure to ensure information and plans are provided in a timely manner to the level of quality required
Internal and external stakeholder management
Ability to work towards, and deliver agreed outputs within agreed timescales
Related professional/managerial qualification
CRM skills & experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
