Workday is at the core of our HR Integration landscape, with over 200 system integrations securely transferring large quantities of data to support key business services such as Payroll, Expenses, Benefits, Health & Safety, Travel, Access Ma

nagement, and more. Within this role you’ll be working on supporting and changing existing integrations, as well as the implementation of new integrations and therefore will build advanced technical knowledge of Workday across all module areas. This will involve working closely with and building relationships with key stakeholders across the whole business as well as external partners.

At Centrica, the Integration Analyst is a technical position within the Group HR Systems & Operations team and involves the following accountabilities;

 * Lead in all phases of system and integration requirements gathering and sign off, as required, including discovery workshops and design documentation
 * Lead in all phases of system and integration testing, as required, including creation of test scenarios, performing functional tests, support of users during testers and defect resolution
 * Able to create technical and business case test scenarios on the back of requirement gathe
 * Collaborates with HR senior leadership and Centre of Excellence, senior technologists and business partners to define business processes, analyse operational efficiencies, test and implement creative solutions and measure delivery results based on business need
 * Manage the requirement gathering and testing of multiple integrations at the same time with meticulous attention to detail
 * Strong organization and project management capabilities
 * Create and maintain effective operating processes
 * Prepares and evaluate change requests, ensures milestone sign-offs, identifies risk and mitigation strategies
 * Collaborate with 3rd party vendor professional and technical contacts to deliver external system integrations
 * Lead on resolving escalated support requests
 * Proactively identify and/or correct errors in the HR System business processes, employee data or data configuration
 * Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with third party vendors, Function
al M
anagers and business users in all HR Functional areas
 * You’ll work effectively with stakeholders to translate requirements to inform the development of effective and efficient systems and processes

Required competencies and experiences;

 * System Testing background
 * Technical mindset and ability to carry out deep technical root cause analysis
 * In-depth knowledge of typical systems and process landscapes and methodologies
 * Meticulous planning and attention to detail required
 * Demonstrable Project Management experience
 * Possess good creative skills and make suggestions for improvement
 * Must be able to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
 * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple Integration deployments simultaneously of varying complexities
 * Must be pro-active and self-motivated
 * Able to demonstrate critical th
 and an understanding of the wider context and impacts
 * Highly methodical, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
 * Ability to understand and translate technical concepts
 * Ability to recognize risks and develop mitigation strategies
 * End User Support experience
 * Strong people, stakeholder, and vendor relationship management. Dealing with near and offshore teams as well as numerous 3rd Party teams
 * Functionally IT literate, and an ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals
 * Able to plan and organize work to ensure the achievement of targets and desired outcomes
 * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with others
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas/requirements, drive decisions and document solutions
 * Demonstrable experience within HR systems and frameworks and have worked within a similar role
 * Knowledge of HR payroll processes desirable
 * Strong analytical, troubles
and problem resolution skills
 * Strong stakeholder management and co-ordination skills
