Role Summary

• Be a Non-Executive Member on the Wales Audit Office (WAO) Board.
• The Board helps decide the WAO's main plans and makes sure work is done well and sensibly.
• The WAO has about 300 staff.
• The Auditor General for Wales is the boss of the WAO and looks after money and audits.
• This role starts in March 2027.

• Be able to work with others.
• Know about looking after money and spending carefully.

Location and Workplace

• The job is based in Wales.
• You will work with the WAO and the Welsh Parliament (called the Senedd).
