Role Summary

Help plan future healthcare in Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire.
Join the Board of the BSW Hospitals Group, which includes three NHS Trusts.
Give advice, support, and challenge to leaders to improve services.
Make sure healthcare is fair and works well for everyone.

Key Tasks

Take part in important decisions for three NHS Trusts.
Check and support the work of hospital leaders.
Help improve care for patients and communities.
Bring new ideas and different views to help the board make good decisions.

Skills and Experience

Senior-level experience is needed but not only in the NHS.
Good at thinking and planning for the future.
Can work well with others and give honest opinions.
Interested in fairness and better health for all.
Experience in areas like healthcare jobs, public health, or technology is good.
Must be allowed to join NHS Foundation Trust boards.
