Role summary

Work as a leader at the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Help design and deliver new business and technology solutions.
Make sure solutions work well and last a long time.
Support DBS as it changes to meet future needs.

Key tasks

Lead the team that plans technology and business solutions.
Bring together business processes, technology, data, and services.
Set the rules and checks to keep services safe and reliable.
Work with many people inside and outside DBS to make changes happen.

Skills and experience

Have experience leading complex business and technology projects.
Know about enterprise architecture (big system design), solution design, testing, and quality checks.
Understand data, artificial intelligence (AI), and new technologies.
Be able to guide senior managers and work well with others.
