Role summary

You will help protect the environment in Ceredigion.
You will support the Environment Team with many tasks.
This is a job where you can make a real difference.

Key tasks

Manage buying things the team needs.
Check and process important data.
Answer questions from the public.
Help with rules about the environment and conservation work.
Help when pollution happens.
Visit different sites to see the work needed.

Skills and experience

You must be organised and enthusiastic.
You need a full and current UK driving licence.
You should be happy to drive as this job is in a rural area.
You will learn about environmental rules and work through the job.

Pay and hours

The job offers flexible working hours.
You will have a contract with the Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office.
A mix of working from the office and working from home will be planned with you.

Location and workplace

The job is based in a rural part of Ceredigion.
Public transport is not good, so driving is needed.
You will visit different places as part of your work.
Meetings and training will happen face to face and be planned ahead.
