Role Summary

You will lead important money guidance and education services.
You will make sure these services work well and help many people.
You will help build new digital learning and customer support services.
Your work will improve money skills and financial wellbeing for people across the UK.

Key Tasks

Lead the delivery and improvement of guidance and education services.
Manage how services are run, including learning and support.
Help make services grow and reach more people.
Oversee new digital learning systems and customer support.
Use data and feedback to make services better.
Work with partners and manage contracts.

Skills and Experience

Experience leading big services for many people in the UK.
Good at managing teams and improving how things work.
Able to plan and turn ideas into action.
Experience working with suppliers and new technologies.
Good at using data to improve service results.
Able to build good relationships and lead through change.

Pay and Hours

This is a part-time role: 4 days per month.
Salary details are not given.

Location and Workplace

Work mainly in Bedford, UK.
Part of the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
