Role summary

You will be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hollybank Trust.
Hollybank Trust helps children, young people, and adults with serious disabilities.
You will lead the charity and help it grow and succeed.
You will work with the Board of Trustees to make plans and decisions.
Your work will help people live better and happier lives.

Key tasks

Give clear and strong leadership to the charity.
Make sure the charity stays safe and fair for everyone.
Help the charity grow and find new ways to get money.
Work with others to create new partnerships and opportunities.
Support the staff and teams to do their best work.

Skills and experience

You need to have experience leading a big and complex organisation.
You must know about managing money and business well.
You should be good at finding new ideas and working with others.
You need to be kind, confident, and able to inspire people.
A strong belief in helping people with disabilities is important.
