Role summary

This is a 12-month job for recent graduates.
You should have finished a degree in subjects like Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, or similar.
You will work with the Asset Performance team in South West Wales.
You will help manage flood risk assets to keep people and places safe.

Key tasks

Help with surveys and inspections of reservoirs.
Keep records updated in systems like the National Flood Risk Asset Management System (NFRAMS) and AMX.
Support different flood risk activities to make sure assets work well.
Visit different sites to check on flood risk infrastructure.

Location and workplace

You will be based at the Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office in South West Wales.
You will visit remote locations for site inspections.
Some meetings and training will be face to face.
