Role summary

You will be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Leonard Cheshire.

You will help to plan how the charity spends its money.
You will work with leaders to make important decisions.
You will help the charity grow and change for the future.

Key tasks

Lead the charity's money and financial plans.
Work with the Chief Executive and other leaders.
Help make sure the charity has enough money long term.
Support changes to make the charity better.
Promote good teamwork and values across the charity.

Skills and experience

You need to be a qualified finance leader.
You should have experience in big, complex organisations.
You must be good at making big financial changes.
You should be able to help plan the charity’s future.
You need to care about helping disabled people.
