Role Summary

We want two Senior Project Development Officers.
You will help plan the Teifi Fyw project.
The project is about helping the River Teifi and local people.
You will help get money from the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF).
This is a five-year project with nine partner groups.

Key Tasks

Lead two parts of the project out of four.
Work with partners, communities, and others.
Help design and improve delivery plans.
Check that plans are possible and meet NLHF rules.
Manage work done by others.
Help bring local people into decisions.
Make sure the project helps nature and culture.

Skills and Experience

Good at working with different groups and communities.
Can plan and manage projects well.
Can gather and use evidence to make decisions.
Good at working with partners and stakeholders.
Flexible and willing to travel in the Teifi area.

Pay and Hours

Two fixed-term jobs until 31 March 2028.
There might be chance to stay longer.
Flexible working times.
Some travel is needed.

Location and Workplace

Based at Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office in South West or Mid Wales.
Work partly from office and partly from home.
Travel often in the Teifi area.
