Role summary

Lead the future plans for the Pension Data Platform.
Help people find all their pensions in one place.
Work with government, users, and pension providers.
Make sure the service is easy to use and fair for everyone.

Key tasks

Create a 3 to 5 year plan for the pension platform.
Change government rules into clear service goals.
Use user research to improve the platform.
Work with pension companies to keep services working well.
Set priorities to make the service better.
Define how to measure success and quality.

Skills and experience

Experience leading big digital projects.
Able to explain government policies clearly.
Focus on what users need.
Work well with many different groups.
Think ahead and plan long-term.
Good at getting people to agree and work together.
