Role summary

Lead a project about making politics better and fairer.
You will manage a team of six people.
Work on new ideas to help make big changes in the UK.
Help shape plans and research about democracy and politics.

Key tasks

Lead and guide your team on important projects.
Work with politicians, researchers, and others to create change.
Find money to support your projects.
Help share ideas with the public and decision makers.
Work closely with company leaders on big reports and plans.

Skills and experience

Good at speaking and leading people.
Know about democracy and politics.
Have good connections with politicians and policymakers.
Experience making research that leads to change.
Enjoy thinking about big ideas and making plans to act.

Pay and hours

You can earn between £69,628 and £85,998 each year.
This depends on what you know and your experience.
Permanent job, working 35 hours a week.
Flexible hours are possible, like part-time or job shares.

Location and workplace

Based in London, near the UK Parliament.
Work in the office at least 40% of the time.
Some work from home is allowed.
Flexible working options are welcome.
