Role summary

This is an unpaid work placement.
It is for school students who are 15 years old or older.
It lasts for one week in July 2026.
You will work up to 25 hours at our office in Bangor.
You will help with sorting and scanning documents.

Key tasks

Sort documents to keep or destroy safely.
Scan documents and images for saving.
Organise report files and check their titles.
Help find and manage physical data in the office.
Learn about records and how to manage data.
Follow health and safety rules.
Support equal opportunities and diversity.

Skills and experience

Willing to learn how to use scanning equipment.
Good at paying attention to detail.
Interested in environment and data work.
Able to travel to the office by yourself.
Want to gain office experience and work with others.
Basic Welsh language skills are helpful but not required.

Pay and hours

This placement is unpaid.
You can work up to 25 hours in one week.
The exact hours will be agreed before starting.

Location and workplace

Work will be at the Maes y Ffynnon office.
The office is in Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor.
We are a small, friendly and supportive team.
