Role summary

Help run courts and tribunals in England and Wales.
Work with important leaders in justice and government.
Make sure services are modern, fast, and easy to use.

Manage daily operations and long-term plans.
Use data and technology to improve services.
Keep justice services running well and reduce delays.
Lead the workforce kindly and fairly.
Work with other justice organisations and government groups.

Skills and experience

Experience leading large and complex organisations.
Good at managing performance and making changes.
Know how to use data and technology to help services.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good judgement and understanding of people.

Pay and hours

Full-time role with senior leader pay (details not given).
Includes travel to many locations across the country.

Location and workplace

Work across many places in England and Wales.
Need to be regularly present at important Ministry of Justice and HM Courts & Tribunals Service sites.
