Role summary

Lead a team that helps stop financial crimes.
Use digital tools to support investigations.
Work with law enforcement and partners.
Help plan and improve the department’s work.

Key tasks

Manage teams in digital forensics, eDiscovery, business operations, and IT.
Make sure evidence meets legal standards.
Use new technology like artificial intelligence (AI).
Lead projects and improve systems.
Keep good relationships inside and outside the FCA.

Skills and experience

Experience leading large teams and projects.
Knowledge of digital forensics and investigation.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Can manage crises and solve problems.
Understanding of laws about investigations.

Pay and hours

Full-time role with senior leadership pay.
Flexible working arrangements possible.

Location and workplace

Work in London at least 2 days a week.
Hybrid working - some days from home.
