Role Summary

Help protect nature in Wales.
Work with farmers to care for land and water.
Support a big goal to save 30% of land, fresh water, and sea by 2030.
Work for Natural Resources Wales (NRW).

Key Tasks

Make plans to manage special nature sites.
Give advice about protecting habitats and wildlife.
Work with other teams and partners.
Help with environmental rules and permits.
Visit places in North West Wales, including remote areas.

Skills and Experience

Know about managing protected nature sites.
Able to drive with a full UK licence.
Work well with others and give good advice.
Good at using technology like Microsoft Teams.

Pay and Hours

Fixed-term job until March 31, 2027, with chance to stay longer.
Work hours and pay details will be shared at interview.

Location and Workplace

Based at the Buckley office.
Work can be partly at home and partly at the office.
Must travel to different sites.
