Role summary

Help keep buildings safe and working well in Buckley.
Check health and safety rules are followed.
Work with a friendly Facilities team in North East Wales.
Travel between sites in electric vehicles.
You need a full UK driving licence.

Key tasks

Make sure the workplace is safe for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Give good customer service to everyone.
Do health and safety jobs for the role.
Support equal opportunities and diversity.
Keep learning and use your development plan.
Help with other tasks as asked.

Skills and experience

Level 3 Facilities Management qualification is good but not needed.
Know health and safety laws like the Health & Safety at Work Act.
Have experience with building repairs and managing contractors.
Good with computers, organisation, and working under pressure.
Able to communicate well with others.

Pay and hours

You will get a Civil Service pension with good employer contributions.
28 days holiday per year, rising to 33 days.

Location and workplace

Work in Buckley and other sites in North East Wales.
Interviews will be in the Buckley office in Flintshire.
You will travel between sites in electric vehicles.
