Role summary

You will be the FM Contracts Manager at Westminster City Council.
You will manage contracts for things like cleaning, security, and catering.
You will lead contract renewal and work with suppliers and colleagues.
The job is temporary, up to 12 months, working 36 hours a week.

Key tasks

Manage big facility management contracts and suppliers.
Lead contract buying and renewals.
Write contract details and set important goals (called KPIs).
Check contract progress and make reports.
Solve problems and suggest ways to improve services.

Skills and experience

You need to have worked with contract management before.
Be good at paying attention to details and organised.
Know how to use computer systems for records and budgets.
Be positive and work well with others.
Have good communication to solve problems with teams and suppliers.

Pay and hours

Salary is between £56,436 and £62,742 each year.
Hours are 36 per week.
Temporary contract for up to 12 months.
