Role summary

Lead the Teifi Demonstrator Programme.
Help bring back the natural and cultural heritage of the Afon Teifi river area.
Work with nature, culture, and local people to improve the landscape.
Manage a team and work with many organisations.
This is a project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Key tasks

Lead the programme to tackle climate change and protect wildlife.
Make sure the river and land get healthier.
Manage money, legal risks, and the work plan carefully.
Find new ways to help the environment and meet goals.
Work closely with partners and communities.

Skills and experience

Experience as a senior project manager.
Good at managing complex projects with many parts.
Able to work well with different groups of people.
Passionate about helping nature and communities in Wales.

Pay and hours

This is a fixed-term job until 31 March 2028.
Flexible working hours are supported.
You will work partly from home and partly in the nearest office.

Location and workplace

You will be based near your home in a Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office.
You will have a hybrid working pattern (some home, some office).
Face-to-face meetings or training will be planned ahead.
