Role Summary

This is unpaid work experience.
It is for school students aged 15 or older.
The placement is one week long in July 2026.
You will work about 25 hours in total.
The work is at the Maes y Ffynnon office in Bangor.

Key Tasks

Help sort documents to keep or destroy.
Scan documents and images.
Organise slides and reports.
Check that document titles are correct.
Learn about how to manage records and data.
Follow health and safety rules.
Support equality and diversity at work.

Skills and Experience

Want to learn how to use scanning machines.
Pay attention to detail and keep data correct.
Interested in the environment and this work.
Able to travel to the office on your own.
Want to gain office work experience.
Ready to work well with others.
Must have basic Welsh language skills (Entry level).

Pay and Hours

This is an unpaid placement.
Work about 25 hours in one week.
You will agree exact hours before starting.

Location and Workplace

Work at Maes y Ffynnon office in Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor.
Join a small and friendly team.
Learn about data and information management.
Support good customer service and data care.
