Role summary

You will be Helpdesk & Resources Coordinator in the Corporate Property team.
You help people who use the council buildings.
You take and record job requests, like building repairs.
You work 36 hours per week on a temporary 6-month contract.

Key tasks

Answer emails and phone calls from building users and staff.
Record all job requests and update the council system.
Follow up with other teams for help or approval.
Solve invoice and billing problems when they happen.
Plan your work well and meet deadlines.
Help improve customer service by working with different teams.

Skills and experience

Good at helping customers and staying calm.
Experience using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) or call systems.
Good communicator with people inside and outside the council.
Can work well in a busy, fast environment and meet targets.
Positive, flexible and able to support others.

Pay and hours

Salary between £34,359 and £37,509 per year.
You work 36 hours each week.
The contract lasts up to 6 months.

Location and workplace

The job is at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team.
