Role summary

• You will help manage contracts well at NRW (Natural Resources Wales).
• You give advice and support for medium to high-risk contracts.
• You work with contracts for things like buying services, selling timber, energy, grants, leases, and agreements.
• You help make sure contracts follow rules and protect the organisation.
• You will also mentor and coach other staff.

Skills and experience

• Good knowledge of contract management and commercial skills.
• Able to give advice and support on contracts.
• Experience working with different types of contracts.
• Good at working with different teams and sharing knowledge.
• Able to follow rules and help others do the same.

Location and workplace

• Based near your home at an NRW office.
• Hybrid working with some days at home and some in the office.
• Meetings and training will be planned in advance.
