Role Summary

Hedyn is a big housing group in Wales.
They want three new Board Members to help guide the group.
Board Members help make big decisions and improve the organisation.
You need to share fresh ideas and work well with others.

Key Tasks

Help Hedyn reach its goals.
Keep good rules and guidance in place.
Bring new experience and ideas to the Board.
One role focuses on housing building and land work.
One role focuses on managing people and work culture.
One role focuses on money and financial planning.

Skills and Experience

Good at strategic thinking and communication.
Confident to challenge ideas in a positive way.
Experience in housing development, or
Experience in people management and organisational change, or
Experience in finance and funding for housing.
Want to help Hedyn be a great place to live and work.

Pay and Hours

The role needs about 2 days of work each month.
Pay details are not included here.

Location and Workplace

The group is based in Wales.
Board work may involve meetings and remote work.
