Role Summary

North Wales Housing provides homes and support to almost 3,000 households.
They are building 650 new homes between 2022 and 2028.
They help people who are homeless or have other difficulties.
They want two new Board Members to help run the organisation.

Key Tasks

Help plan and decide important things about the organisation.
One member will focus on money and finances.
The other will focus on managing homes and making them sustainable.
Both members must live in Wales.

Skills and Experience

Financial expert for one role, with experience in managing money and plans.
Expert in managing buildings and going green for the other role.
Experience from public, private, or charity sectors is okay.
Know about rules and sustainability is important.

Pay and Hours

Each Board Member will earn £4,500 per year.

Location and Workplace

You need to have a permanent home in Wales.
You will work with the North Wales Housing Board.
