Salary: £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home. For part time roles – please note this will be pro rata.
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week. Job-share will be considered - please speak to a hiring manager if this is your preferred option. Talk to us about compressed hours.

What you will bring…
To be considered as our Senior Insight & Evaluation Officer, you will need:
- Experience of an engagement and/or communications field
- Experience designing and delivering accessible and meaningful engagement activity (online and offline)
- Experience supporting the management of contracts with external organisations and agencies
- Experience of evaluating engagement effectiveness using various methodologies
- Experience of interpreting evaluation insight from different sources
- Knowledge and some practical experience of the procurement cycle
- An understanding of engagement and/or communications processes and techniques
What you’ll be doing…
As our Senior Insight & Evaluation Officer, you will drive the collection and analysis of insights from stakeholders to inform and shape our strategic decisions.
Collaborating closely with Engagement teams, you will contribute to the design and execution of insight and evaluation strategies, using co-design and co-production methods to engage diverse audiences effectively.
You will also play a key role in creating accessible, impactful content that communicates insights clearly across our channels and supports internal teams in their stakeholder engagement efforts.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure stakeholder perspectives are incorporated meaningfully into our activities
- Manage small to medium contracts and oversee project budgets, procurement cycles and supplier relations
- Lead discreet insight projects
- Support and deputise for the Insight and Evaluation Lead
