Salary: Salary: £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home.

What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Records Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Records Manager in delivering records management and compliance across our systems, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
You will manage corporate records repositories, support and advise on retention and destruction processes, and ensure that we comply with information legislation, including GDPR.
Working with internal teams, you will offer guidance on records management best practices, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate lifecycle records.
Additionally, you will:
- Deliver records management services via the RDM Helpdesk
- Implement access rights for corporate records and support external suppliers
- Support business and digital programmes to integrate records management
- Lead project work across the organisation for records management improvement
What you will bring…
To be considered as a Senior Records Analyst, you will need:
- Technical experience with managing SharePoint Online and M365 Teams
- Experience delivering records management and/or compliance
- A strong understanding of GDPR, FOI, and other information legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects
