Job title – Precision (Digital) Media Manager

You will be working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, leading precision (digital) media planning across Social (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest), Programmatic (DV360), Search (PPC - Google, Bing, Citrus), Audio (Spotify, Acast), and Digital AV (YouTube, Twitch).

The role will manage the day-to-day digital activation process, allowing the successful candidate to become fully immersed in the objectives and challenges for each brand and the role that media plays throughout the funnel.

About You

What experience and skills are essential to be successful in this role?

•    Have built strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Experienced in working with senior leadership.
•    3+ years of working at a leading agency or client.
•    Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of success
•    Well-versed with digital testing models, cross channel, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting.
•    Strong understanding of media trading, strategy, planning, and activation across digital channels
•    Knowledge of the path to purchase and the role media plays
•    Proven track record in analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to understand and improve performance
•    Confident communicator and presenter.
•    Ability to translate data ambiguity into insight that drives impact.

About the Role

Within the role there are three key areas of focus:


•    Build a strong working relationship with the media team and our brands.
•    And, experienced in working with senior stakeholders.
•    Confident in negotiating with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
•    Form partnerships with our selected agencies and publishers.
•    Share best practices and learning with the wider Reckitt community.


•    Become one of the leads on Reckitt Health’s test and learn programme.
•    Design performance visualisation dashboards alongside the Digital Analytics Manager.
•    Strong communications and presentation skills
•    Ability to handle ambiguity translating insight into impact.
•    Understand the role of media across the funnel.
•    Proven track record in analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to understand and improve performance


•    Lead precision (digital) planning with our partners for a subset of brands.
•    Define KPIs and optimise performance for different objectives (awareness vs ROI)
•    Build out an iterative testing structure with each brand driving both macro and micro learnings
•    Design best practices for your brands, and then scale to the wider portfolio.
•    Work alongside our media manager on how digital ladders up into the wider strategy/media mix
