Our Contact Sales Agents will proudly solve, retain and sell relevant services through effortless experience, keeping our customers’ homes and businesses safe, warm and working whilst driving our growth.

We have roles available on both our Home Installations outbound dialling team, and Inbound Home Installations team. You will be working 37 hours per week and the shifts available are:

Outbound between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday to Friday (no Saturday working)
 * 

This outbound role attracts a fantastic commission scheme – 12k OTE per annum (300% cap)
 * 

Inbound between the hours of 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturdays on a rotational shift
 * 

This inbound role attracts a fantastic quarterly incentive payment of up to 40% of your quarterly salary

Accountabilities:

 * 

Increase growth by promoting a free no obligation quotation for a new boiler installation and follow up on previous quotes to encourage customers to continue their journey
 * 

Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide a consistently high-quality service
 * 

Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service driving positive Net Promoter Score.
 * 

Deliver customer outcomes that meet British Gas values and our commitment to treating customers fairly
 * 

Deliver on operational KPI’s including sales and conduct
 *

The Person

The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and have experience in a customer service and sales environment. They will need to be confident and professional when faced with challenging customers and passionate about product promotion, winning new customers and growing our business.

 * 

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
