About the Role
You will provide legal advice to support a range of activities undertaken by OS.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Provides legal advice to OS colleagues on various aspects of OS’s business to ensure legal risks are identified and understood and that measures to mitigate or manage those risks are considered
Works in close co-operation with and supports In House lawyers in providing Legal Service functions, escalating matters to supervising line-manager and/or other In-house lawyers where required
Defines, drafts and communicates legal documentation, policies and processes
Identifies and implements improvements to legal documentation, policies and processes to continuously enhance the provision of legal support to the business
Represents OS in the legal and regulatory aspects of its dealings with third parties, including customers, suppliers, stakeholders or other third parties (e.g. infringers)
Consults with external legal advisers and resources where necessary (e.g. specialist areas and matters of high value / risk)
Develops professional knowledge, technical skills and expertise in one or more legal specialisms
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Solicitor (minimum 3-5 years PQE)
Strong in Contract and Commercial law
E-commerce and consumer law experience and preferably experience of IPR

Salary – £55,488 to £62,016
