Job Description

As a Senior Employee Voice and Insight Manager, you'll provide insight that
improves the day to day experience and working environment for our

This role ensures easy access to the right data that leads to insight and
action. Leading a small team of analysts, you will develop our colleague
listening strategy, ensuring we listen and respond to our co

lleague voice at all levels. As a newly established team, the role requires
someone who can operate with ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritise, and execute
to a high standard. Being part of our journey from the start requires you to
be able to operate strategically, whilst rolling your sleeves up and getting
stuck in.

Location: flexible and can be based at any UK main site.


 * Deliver our colleague listening strategy by identifying and implementing
tools that ensure we have an ‘always on’ listening approach to
colleague feedback
 * Build our colleague data proposition and develop colleague personas;
identifying and connecting the relevant metrics that help us understand
colleague engagement, behaviour, and performance
 * Simplify and automate our data proposition; enabling the colleague
experience team and leaders to access data that drives action in their
teams, business units and functions
 * Set the standard on data visuals, ana
sis and storytelling with a focus on recommendations and action
 * Prepare and present meaningful and actionable insight to the Centrica
Leadership Team, recommending solutions that will increase colleague
engagement and performance
 * Lead the analysis and insight that informs people change programmes. This
requires you to understand core roles across engineering, customer service,
management and functions.
 * Identify measures that identify the effectiveness of our colleague
lifecycle/journey. Automate required reporting infrastructure.
 * Work across the Colleague Experience team to deliver ‘Our
Voice’ across Centrica. Our Voice is our quarterly colleague
engagement survey and action planning cycle that includes survey design,
reporting and analytics, preparation of senior leadership and board papers,
and ongoing review of the actions to deliver the improvements identified
 * Take an active role in understanding external trends and future
predictions on people
lytics, data tools and systems, the future of work, and colleague
 * Lead a small team of analysts to build an analytics capability that
supports the colleague experience plan
 * Lead the continuous improvement of our data proposition, delivering on
opportunities to improve our offer and service levels
 * Work with the Colleague Experience and HR Leadership team to ensure
activity across the team is prioritised, supports the wider people strategy,
and is underpinned by insight that suggests the initiatives will improve the
engagement and productivity of our colleagues

Work Experience

 * Previous demonstrable experience in people analytics and change.
 * At a senior leadership level, you can demonstrate extensive experience in
analysing and presenting people data that led to measurable change.
 * Deep expertise in managing big sets of data and databases, such as Power
 * Experience of simplifying and automating multiple data sources
