Location: Flexible home working. For our home workers we need you to have a suitable space in your home and a stable broadband connection (min 10 Mbps) with no usage cap!

Hours: We have a range of shifts on offer;

 * 

Monday to Friday 0900-1700? You can do that!
 * 

0900
-1900 over a 4 day week (no weekends)? You can do that!
 * 

Part-time hours? You can do that! (You would need to attend training full time though)

Salary: �20,370 per annum plus fantastic commission

Commission: This role attracts a fantastic commission scheme – 12k OTE per annum (300% cap)

Our Sales & Retention Advisors will proudly solve, retain and sell relevant energy products through effortless experience, keeping our customers’ homes safe, warm and working whilst driving our growth.

Accountabilities:

 * 

Increase growth by understanding why our customers are wanting to leave, successfully aligning our products and services to their needs and saving the customer
 * 

Promote and cross sell a wide variety of products and services to new and existing customers to increase customer retention, loyalty and to build the highest reputation with the customer 
 * 

Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide a consisten
tly high-quality service and effectively promote British Gas products and services to enhance the customer experience
 * 

Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service, driving a positive Net Promoter Score
 * 

Deliver customer outcomes that meet British Gas values and our commitment to treating customers fairly
 * 

Deliver on operational KPI’s including sales, save and conduct
 * 

Demonstrate effective behaviours

The Person

The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and have experience in a customer service and sales/retention environment. They will need to be confident and professional when faced with challenging customers and passionate about product promotion, winning new customers and growing our business.
