We are looking for new colleagues to join our expanding Planning and Dispatch Team. The team thrive under pressure, work very closely together, and drive excellent customer service performance on a daily basis.

Shift patterns will fall within the core hours of 7am-8pm Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm on Saturdays and 7.30am-5pm Sunday and bank holidays,
you will know in advance and still be able to do all the things you want to!
What will you be doing?
You’ll be planning and dispatching the daily workloads for our Engineers, taking into consideration their geographical location, and using specialised planning and dispatch systems to ensure our customers receive a timely and efficient service.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we are always striving to deliver exceptional customer service. Therefore, we ask that you think outside the box to help identify opportunities for improvements to our current processes.
Your day to day duties will include:
Working with local area teams (both field and office based) to ensure all planning and dispatch applications are utilised consistently and efficiently
Helping identify opportunities for optimisation, forecasting and maximising planning and dispatching processes to enable effective delivery of great customer service
Who are we looking for?

Some experience of working in customer service environment is advantageous but not essential
Good literacy and numerical ability
Understands good housekeeping for data protection and information security requirements
