We’re looking for someone who is confident responding to incoming enquiries from prospects via email and calls, who will keep up to date client engagement records on our Customer Relationship Management Database and who can host demos and webinars as part of the sales/client engagement process. You’ll also have an eye for customer case studies that we can use to demonstrate the value of our training products to organisations.
