We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting PH Jones on their quest to find new Gas Engineering talent, permanent and contract.
PH Jones are part of British Gas with over 50 years’ experience providing Gas Central Heating Service, Repair & Installations. Over one thousand PH Jones engineers visit our customers every week and we need you to help us recruit more talented engineers to meet our customers demand.
You will be accountable for the e2e recruitment process from candidate proposition, candidate attraction, selection, testing and onboarding as defined by the business. You’ll manage core business hires to create a sustainable labour model and adapt to any seasonable demands through contingent labour.
In addition, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure resource planning and onboarding processes and strategy is aligned to functional objectives, own the relationship with key recruitment partners at an operational level to ensure 100% delivery of forecast.
What we need from you;
Experience of the total recruitment cycle, an awareness of a variety of resourcing methodologies & a strong track record of delivering quality hires in a fast-paced environment as well as managing multiple roles with a results oriented and ‘can do’ approach. This role does require you to have experience of recruiting in the Gas Engineering industry, knowledge of this industry is essential.
Direct sourcing is a key part to this role so experience in the generation of candidates using a variety of sourcing channels is also a must. You should also be used to working to targets and have a proven analytical ability and commercial awareness of the industry.
If you have experience of using Workday then that would be ideal, as well as working with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
