This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our leadership team and help us with our work on developing some of our most important school practices. Do you have track record of leadership/management? Do you have experience of working in either Special Needs or Equality, Diversity and Inclusion? Do you excel as a classroom practitioner? We are looking for a new colleague with the skills and the motivation to lead teams of staff and have the strategic vision necessary to situate their work within our larger programme of whole school improvement.

We have a truly diverse intake with students from many different ethnic backgrounds and speaking 58 heritage languages. We want to make sure that this diversity plays a leading role in the continued success of our school, bringing a richness of cultural and other experience to bear on everything that we do. We are also proud of our track record in working with our disadvantaged students and were delighted with a recent analysis of our GCSE outcomes (Summer 2019) which places us in the top 10 secondary schools in the country for closing the gap. However, we also recognise the need to continue to innovate in our practices in order to best support all of our students and their needs.
