The purpose of the role is to:
By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, your own network and events, you will attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of qualified candidates for both our open positions and creating an active Talent Pool. We need someone who is a proactive, has high resilience, use to a fast-moving environment and brimming with new ideas to add to our approach to sourcing qualified candidates.
You will support a variety of high-volume roles in the business – searching for multiple positions at any one time, across a variety of different sectors (Tech, Marketing, Digital, Editorial, Finance, HR, Sales and our Print Sites).
The role is accountable for:
Manage the Top of Funnel process - ensuring we have a talent pool that is readily available to meet our headcount needs.
Collaborate with the current Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy to meet the talent pool’s desires to come and join dmg media.
Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and ensuring we are their employer of choice.
Market map across countries and regions to uncover best available talent.
Working with L&D and HRD to map and identify internal talent to support ‘grow your own’ strategy.
Engage in creative sourcing sessions using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
Reviewing CV profiles from our job adverts and collecting remaining information from candidates with incomplete applications.
In-house or agency experience with a strong background of extensive sourcing.
Experience in hiring a high volume of positions across different sectors.
Experience and aptitude for JR talent and recruitment systems, and related Management Information (reports on skills, pools).
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Worked with recruitment technology and has demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly.
Excellent communication, internally and with external partners and suppliers.
Experience of Greenhouse & Workday (desirable).
