Job Description

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Bromley OR Leeds as a Pricing Analysis Manager.

What you will be doing:

You will improve DLG’s pricing performance and longer-term capability whilst maintaining pricing discipline.

Use experience and technical skills to develop innovative solutions to often challenging problems.

Provide technical support and insight to inform and influence squad/ Centres of Expertise decisions and outcomes, with a responsibility for ensuring robustness of output.

Develop tactical and strategic Management Information to deliver insight and to support effective decision making.

Plan, manage and deliver specific tasks and projects in a pro-active, timely and accurate manner, providing insights, impacts and recommendations; lead specialised investigations, producing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Liaise with members of other chapters, squads and Centres of Expertise in order to shape, own and deliver squad/ Centres of Expertise priorities.

Develop accurate pricing models and ensure their appropriate use and application. Monitor the effectiveness of models on an ongoing basis to ensure they are fit for purpose and deliver improvements where necessary.

What we are looking for

An effective communicator at all levels and be able to demonstrate strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commercially aware, understanding own impact on customer and financial outcomes.

A good team player but also be able to use your own initiative and be able to progress work independently.

Strong numeracy skills .

Relevant experience within a similar role in the financial services industry

Pricing - Knowledge of relevant analytical and pricing software is preferable but not essential.
